Minister for Finance on Friday swore-in Professor Stephen Adei as the new Chair of the Board of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), and Mr. Eugene Asante Ofosuhene as a Board Member. He also accepted the retirement notification of Mr Kofi Nti, the current Commissioner-General, effective October 1st 2019.
Government Places a hold on Payment Instructions to IPPs and GSs
Government has recently announced at a meeting hosted by the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Energy, IPPs and GSs on 26th August, 2019, that it is forming a steering committee under the Energy Sector Recovery Task Force to engage with each IPP and GS to resolve the Take-or-Pay power contracts crippling the country’s energy sector.
Ghana Secures Saudi Funds for Bolgatanga Regional Hospital
