The Government Announces Successful Results of its Domestic Debt Exchange with Approximately 85% Participation Rate and A New Settlement Date
The Government announces today the results of our Domestic Debt Exchange Programme (DDEP) which closed at 4:00 p.m. on 10th February 2023. Approximately 85% of holders eligible to participate in the Invitation to Exchange (as determined by the Central Securities Depository) tendered in the Exchange.
Participation in the Domestic Debt Exchange Programme
The Government’s Domestic Debt Exchange Program (DDEP) closed on Friday 10th February 2023 with over 80% participation of eligible bonds. The Government wants to thank the people of Ghana for their forbearance and support throughout these very difficult times.
