Following the passage of the 2022 Appropriation Act, 2021 (Act 1074) by Parliament and the receipt of assent, it is required for the Ministry of Finance to issue this Budget Implementation Instructions in accordance with the PFM Act 2016, (Act 921) to guide all Principal Account Holders and Principal Spending Officers in the implementation of the 2022 Budget.
